Eco-Friendly Tablet Lock | RL0913

With the rapid advancement of technology, 3C products are constantly being updated and released. These devices have evolved from being bulky and heavy to becoming increasingly slim and stylish, with ever-enhancing functionalities that entice people to get the latest models.

Take Apple, for instance. The first-generation iPad used an A4 chip with a single-core 1GHz processing power and lacked an AI accelerator, weighing in at a hefty 680 grams. In contrast, the latest iPad Air features a 3.49GHz M2 chip with four cores and AI accelerator support, delivering performance comparable to an eight-core system, while weighing only 462 grams (11-inch model).

As technology advances rapidly, the correlation between size and performance no longer has to be a "perpetual paradox." However, this constant evolution drives the desire to purchase new models every year, significantly increasing the amount of waste on our planet.

Abandoned Old Favorites

With the rapid development of 3C products, peripheral items also need to keep up with the times. The most common of these are protective cases and stands. However, due to the fast-paced updates of 3C products, sellers often face the issue of unsold inventory, while buyers encounter the problem of old accessories becoming unusable with new purchases. This results in a large number of accessories being discarded, earning them the title of invisible environmental killers.

From Environmental Killers to Heroes

A few years ago, before environmental awareness had taken hold, outdated 3C peripheral accessories were often made from composite materials that couldn't be recycled. As a result, they were inevitably sent to incinerators or landfills, turning the Earth into a "graveyard" for 3C accessories.

However, in recent years, with the rise of environmental consciousness, people have gradually embraced eco-friendly practices, including recycling protective cases and stands. Many companies have also started developing products made from recycled materials, giving discarded 3C accessories a new lease on life and transforming them into environmental heroes!

SINOX Becomes a Green Innovator

Sinox places a strong emphasis on environmental protection, continuously developing green locks for 3C accessories to contribute to the planet's well-being. After numerous tests, we have finally launched our first green lock for 3C peripherals this year: the RL0913 tablet lock.

The RL0913 uses 70% PCR (post-consumer recycled plastic) materials. From the lock case, base cover, lock clasp, to the lock sheath and cover plate, all components are made from this eco-friendly material. Our aim is to make full use of recycled plastic, reducing the use of new materials and related carbon emissions, and ensuring that the non-added or non-custom PCR parts can enter the recycling system, promoting sustainability and lessening the burden on the Earth.

Despite the use of eco-friendly materials, the RL0913 does not compromise on performance. Its unique feature is its adjustable size, making it compatible with various brands of tablets, including iPads and devices ranging from 7.9 to 13 inches with a thickness of less than 10mm. When mounted on a stand, it can rotate 360 degrees both vertically and horizontally, enhancing convenience. Additionally, the inclusion of a key lock enhances overall security, effectively preventing theft, and perfectly showcasing the coexistence of security and sustainability.
